E-petition relating to research into childhood cancers – 7th December 2020

The House of Commons Petitions Committee scheduled a debate in Westminster Hall on the motion “That this House has considered e-petition 300027, relating to research into childhood cancers”. Tonia Antoniazzi MP, member of the Petitions Committee, opened the debate. The Department for Health and Social Care sent a Minister to respond. What are petitions debates?
